Designed with multigenerational living in mind, this custom 745 sq. ft. ADU features two bedrooms and one bathroom, thoughtfully laid out to provide comfort, privacy, and efficiency within a spacious backyard setting.
The design balances functionality with livability, creating an inviting independent living space that complements the existing home. The project has completed the design phase and is currently awaiting funding for construction.
